I am a big fan of dead tree books though I did have to think about it for a moment. Are any signed copies going to be available in the UK?

Hello Andrew, thanks for asking. Right now there’s only a hardcover publisher for the US, which is frustrating. I could ask Volumes Bookcafe about sending a copy to the UK, but I know it will not be cheap. Sorry.
